PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD

Prices published on carnicasnay.es are in Euros and are valid except in the case of typographical errors. All prices shown on the website do not include VAT. The applicable VAT rate for products shown on carnicasnay.es is the standard rate of 21%.

CARNICASNAY reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate at any time and without prior notice, and may frequently update products or prices. The price applicable to the purchase request made by the Customer will be the price displayed at the time of accepting the General Terms of Service.

The Customer may make payment for the products using any of the payment methods indicated below:

• Card Payment: The Customer must enter their debit/credit card number (Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard), as well as any other additional information required during the purchase process. The charge will be processed once it is accepted by the Customer’s financial institution; otherwise, the purchase cannot be completed.

SERVICE DELIVERY

In the event that, upon opening the packages with the products, the Customer sees that the services are not as desired or cannot be performed for some justified reason, he must inform CARNICASNAY within a maximum period of fifteen (24) hours from receipt, so that CARNICASNAY can proceed in a timely manner.

In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, CARNICASNAY will inform the Customer and may offer a service with similar characteristics of equal or superior quality. If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund the price of the product once it has been received and inspected. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

Shipping or collection costs for returned merchandise must be paid by the buyer or deducted from the refund of the purchase amount.

We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before it expires. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods and will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their characteristics.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in the interpretation and/or application of these General Terms and Conditions, the competent courts shall be those determined by the applicable regulations regarding jurisdiction for consumer and user matters. The parties expressly submit, for any issues or disputes that may arise from the interpretation, performance, and execution of this contract, to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals corresponding to the place of performance of the contractual obligation.
