Our Frisian Beef T-bone steaks come from the upper loin of specially selected animals on our farms for their fat content and gastronomic reliability, subjected to minimum maturation periods of 30-40 days .
A Frisian Beef Ribeye Steak is individually vacuum-packed and polished by our expert meat artisans to minimize waste. When we say 1 kg of ribeye, we mean 1 kg of delicious meat ready to enjoy; no sinew, no “flank” meat (which is tougher and less flavorful), no bones, and nothing to detract from your enjoyment of this exceptional product.
